Frequently Asked Questions

  • Yes, unless otherwise stated, classes are drop-off.

  • Yes! I can teach sewing, quilting, crochet, knitting, macrame, embroidery, cross-stitch, and most similar fiber crafts. Let me know if there’s a class you’re hoping for.

  • For an hourly fee, you can bring your sewing machine to the studio. I can teach you how to properly use and care for your machine.

  • Maybe! I can provide routine maintenance to most domestic sewing machines made in the last 40 years or so and fix many common issues. I’m especially interested in keeping low-cost machines that cheaper to replace than repair out of landfills.

  • Probably! Assuming it’s clean, I can probably find a use or home for no longer needed craft supplies. Repurposing no longer needed craft supplies has helped me to keep prices low and send extra supplies home with students.
